A été promulguée par le dahir 1-15-66 du 9 juin 2015. Abroge, à compter de sa date d'entrée en vigueur, le dahir du 5 mai 1914 réglementant l'exploitation des carrières ainsi que la loi n° 08-01 du 13 juin 2002 relative à l'exploitation des carrières.
