Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 1 section 4 ss.4, chapter 2 section 2 (as partially amended by Act 23/2004) and chapter 12 section 2 ss.2 concerning probation period, equal treatment, non-discrimination and compensation for unjustified termination of employment.
