Laki (885/2014) merimieseläkelain muuttamisesta (1290/2006).
Abstract/Citation
Introduces a new ss.4 to section 95, a new subsection 4, a new section 96a, a new ss.2 to section 103 (whereas the present ss.2 and ss.3 becomes new ss.3. and ss.4) concerning survivor's pension and pension applications.
Amends section 36, 93 section ss.1 and ss.2, section 94 ss.2, section 96 ss.3 and section 147 ss.1 (as amended by Act 1168/2007) concerning investigation of rehabilitation opportunities, survivor's pension and enforcement of pension insurance fees.
Repeals section 96 ss.4.
