Abstract/Citation
Article 2 supplements 2nd phrase of article 10 of the Laws N° 109(I), 135(I), 173(I) and 195(I) of 2014 providing for the Minimum Guaranteed Income and generally on Social Allowances, by adding new provision granting additional economic aid for care needs to persons not entitled to the minimum guaranteed income, in case of proven necessity and insufficient to cover such needs income.
