Abstract/Citation
La citada ley agrega en el Código del Trabajo el artículo 66 ter, referido a la situación de los trabajadores dependientes que se desempeñan como voluntarios del cuerpo de bomberos, facultándolos para acudir a llamados de emergencia ante accidentes, incendios u otros siniestros que ocurran durante su jornada laboral. Considera como trabajado el tiempo que ellos destinen a la atención de tales emergencias.
