The regulation specifies:
1) procedure for appointing members of the National Consultancy Council for the disabled matters;
2) organization and mode of operation of the Council and rules of participation in Councils work of representatives of the public administration, non-governmental organizations not represented in the Council, and representatives of voivodeship and counties councils for the disabled;
3) deadlines for submitting candidates for the Council members.
