La ley citada aprueba la Convencion sobre Asistencia Administrativa Mutua en Materia Fiscal, hecha en Estrasburgo, el 25 de enero de 1988, enmendada por el Protocolo de Enmienda, hecho en Paris el 27 de mayo de 2010. Dicha asistencia incluye el intercambio de información, la asistencia en el cobro y la notificación o traslado de documentos.
