Substitue, dans plusieurs actes législatifs, les termes "invalidité", "invalide", "degré d'invalidité", "enfants invalide", "personne non-voyante" avec des notions comme : "handicap", "personnes handicapées", "degré d'handicap", "enfant handicapé", "personne avec un sérieux handicap sensoriel" etc.
Est promulguée par le décret n° 2305-VII du 26 août 2016.
