La ley en cuestión modifica el artículo 135 del Código penal, incrementando las penas privativas de libertad para el delito de abuso sexual en niños, tanto en su forma simple como agravada. Asimismo, incorpora el artículo 135b, que tipifica y establece la pena para el abuso por medios tecnológicos y su tentativa.
