Second Region

Minors may not work during a period of night the duration of which is not less than twelve consecutive hours, except in the following cases:

1. Work in family enterprise.
2. Work in vocational schools and training centers.
3. Work in bakery, except the time period from 9 pm to 4 am.
4. Cases of force majeure and emergencies.
