Abstract/Citation

Amends, also the Labour Code: in particular, introduces wording changes in part 2 of Article 42 (Privileged right for staying on the work position in case of release of employees from work in relation to changes in the organization of production and work) and Article 77-2 (Additional leave for certain categories of war veterans), part 1 and 6 of Article 83 (Financial compensation for not used annual leaves), in the title of Article 182-1 (Additional leave for the workers who have children or adult child with disability since childhood of sub-group A of group I). Also in all the text of the Code, replaces the words "disabled" and "disabled child" with the words "person with disability" and "child with disability", also introduces the same wording changes related with the disability in the texts of, inter alia, the Family Code, the Law "On the Principles of Social Protection of the Disabled in Ukraine", changing also the title as follows: "On the Principles of Social Protection of Persons with Disability in Ukraine", the Law "On the General Principles of Social Protection of Labour Veterans and other Citizens of Advanced Age", the Law "On Leave", the Law "On Humanitarian Aid", the Law "On Psychiatric Aid", the Law "On All-Compulsory State State Insurance in Case of Unemployment".
