Establishes legal, organizational, financial grounds of the activity of Ukrainian Cultural Fund. The creation of the Fund is aimed at the development of culture and arts in the Ukraine, provision of appropriate conditions for the development of intellectual and spiritual potential of the person and society, vast access of citizens to the national cultural heritage, support of cultural variety and integration of the Ukrainian culture into the world cultural space.
