La ley en cuestión aprueba en todas sus partes el "Proyecto de Enmienda del Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional para reforzar la representación y la participación en el Fondo Monetario Internacional", aprobado por la Junta de Gobernadores del Fondo Monetario Internacional, a través de la Resolución núm. 63-2 de fecha 28 de abril de 2008.
