5510 Sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanununun Geçici 75 inci Maddesi Uyarınca 2018 Yılında Sağlanacak Destek Tutarının Belirlenmesine İlişkin Karar
In line with provional article 75 paragraph 1(a) of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 dated 31/5/2006, the amount of earnings to be taken into consideration is TL 120 daily and the amount of support based on the same paragraph is determined as 3.33 TL daily.

The daily basic earnings calculated under the first paragraph shall be applied as 180 TL for the private sector employers for which collective bargaining agreements are applied in line with the provisions of the Act No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Labour Agreements.
