Abstract/Citation
The provisions of the Act are linked with the Entrepreneurs Act, the batch is known as Business Constitution.
Main objective is to reform rules on running an economic activity:
-new simpler definition of an economic activity
-rule what is not forbidden is allowed
-presumption of entrepreneurs honesty
-indefinite suspension of economic activity
-non registered activity
-relief at the start for aspiring entrepreneurs.
