The purpose of this instruction is to determine how to certify the suitability of contractors in accordance with the note of article 2 of the safety regulation for contractors. This instruction contains 6 clauses and 33 notes. These are definitions, structure and duties, required documents for obtaining a certificate of safety approval of the contractor, enforcement procedure for the certification of safety eligibility, extensions, suspension and revocation of safety eligibility certification and general provision.
