Regulation defines:
- conditions and method of granting financial aid to entitled persons, from the Labour Fund to establish or join asocial cooperatives
- detailed conditions and method of granting disposable aid from the Labour Fund by district head (starost) to social cooperative for the purpose of work place creation for directed unemployed person
- detailed conditions and method of granting aid from the Labour Fund by district head (starost) to social cooperative for the purpose of salary cost for directed unemployed person
-securing method of funds reimbursement to the Labour Fund in case of not meeting conditions.
