Abstract/Citation
The WAB reduces the gap between permanent contracts and flexible employment to encourage employers to hire workers on a permanent basis. The WAB contains a number of amendments to flexible employment contracts, provisions on termination of employment, transition allowances, wages and on-call contracts. All Dutch employers are affected by the above changes.
