An Act to provide for the Prevention and Control of HIV and AIDS including protection, counselling, testing, caring for persons living with and affected by HIV and AIDS, rights and obligations of persons living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. Establishes the HIV and AIDS Trust Fund.
