Federal Act respecting measures to protect night shift workers employed on arduous work by amending the Leave Act [Text 390 of 1967], the Hours of Work Act [LS 1969-Aus.4A], the Workers' Protection Act [LS 1972-Aus.1] and the Collective Labour Relations Act [LS 1973-Aus.2] and by taking action to ensure the payment of statutory dismissal grants, the provision of preventive health care and the introduction of special retirement pensions.
