Abstract/Citation
This Act inserts the definitions of crew agreement and seafarer's employment agreement. Furthermore, this Act makes several amendments in the field of maritime labour in accordance with the Maritime Labour Convention including the insertion of new sections 114A (interpretation of Part VII) and 114B (labour certification and compliance) under Part VII concerning the Welfare and Engagement of Seafarers.
