Alternative childcare services for children up to 3 years of age are those organized by the employer at the workplace, by the qualified childcare worker at his/her home/temporary residence or at the home of the legal representatives of the children. This law establishes the normative framework for the creation, organization and operation of alternative care services for children up to 3 years of age, as well as certain particularities of the legal regime regarding the initiation and development of these activities on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
