Article 1: Article (12) of the regulation determining the wages, employment benefits, and eligibility conditions for employees subject to the Civil Service Law, promulgated by Edict (77) of 2013, shall be amended as follows:

"A monthly allowance for improving the standard of living of BD85 or BD100 shall be granted to employees who are eligible for the salaries shown in the table contained in Appendix No. (3) attached to this regulation, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Civil Service Bureau".
