The objective of this law is to provide assistance in accordance with the principles of solidarity due to natural disasters, natural, technical-technological ecological disasters, infectious diseases of humans and animals, serious disruptions to the market and other unforeseen events of increasing severity, as well as the consequences of which can be foreseen.
