قانون رقم (22) لسنة 2023 بتعديل الفقرة (هـ) من المادة (9) من المرسوم بقانون رقم (78) لسنة 2006 بشأن التأمين ضد التَّعَطُّل
According to the law, paragraph (e) of Article (9) of Decree-Law (78) of 2006 with respect to Insurance against Unemployment shall be amended as follows:
"e- The government shall submit the audited report on the account after its approval by the Board of Directors to the Council of Representatives within the five months following the end of the fiscal year. The audited report shall be approved by a resolution issued by both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives, along with their comments, and be published in the Official Gazette."
