Abstract/Citation
An emergency situation is a situation that has developed in a certain territory as a result of an accident, other dangerous situation of a man-made nature, catastrophe, dangerous natural phenomenon or other disaster that has resulted or may result in human casualties, harm to human health or the environment, significant material damage and disruption of living conditions of the population.
