ЗАКОН УКРАЇНИ Про корінні народи України.
Prevails that the indigenous peoples of Ukraine have the right, in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, to preserve and strengthen their special political, legal, social and cultural institutions, while maintaining their participation in economic, social and cultural life. The state guarantees the protection of indigenous peoples of Ukraine against acts of genocide or any other acts of collective coercion or violence.
