ЗАКОН УКРАЇНИ Про медіа.
This Law is aimed at ensuring the implementation of the right to freedom of expression, the right to receive comprehensive, reliable and timely information, ensuring pluralism of opinions and free dissemination of information, protecting the national interests of Ukraine and the rights of users of media services, regulating activities in the field of media in accordance with principles of transparency, fairness and impartiality, stimulation of a competitive environment, equality and independence of the media and determines the legal status, procedure for formation, activities and powers of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
