Regulates the rights of citizens employed by Montenegro who are sent to work abroad, even in the case of simple international, scientific, technical and educational, cultural and other cooperation. Lays down the conditions and obligations of employers with regard to sending employees abroad, as well as the establishment of files on employees who are sent to work abroad.
