Abstract/Citation
The abovementioned Act deals with establishing an occupational safety and health management system; promoting the development of a national preventative safety and health culture; ensuring progressive improvements in the safety and health of workers; protecting individuals other than those at work; providing effective and appropriate compliance and enforcement measures; implementing necessary changes in line with relevant international legal instruments; and addressing related matters.
