This Act aims to amend the law in relation to foreign bribery by introducing new offences, including failure by a body corporate to prevent bribery of foreign public officials, clarifying definitions and liability in the Criminal Code Act 1995, and updating provisions in the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 to reflect these changes.
