Abstract/Citation
This Act aims to amend the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 by replacing annual and interim emissions reduction targets with a system of Scottish carbon budgets, and by introducing related provisions to strengthen the legal framework for managing and reporting on emissions reductions in Scotland.
