Abstract/Citation
El presente Decreto tiene por objeto modificar el Decreto 734/2020 a fin de establecer nuevos requisitos para acceder al Programa Acompañar, incorporando la obligatoriedad de una denuncia judicial o policial y reduciendo la duración de la prestación económica de seis a tres meses, con el propósito de optimizar su ejecución y control en el marco de la reasignación de competencias al Ministerio de Justicia.
