قانون الاستثمار اليمني رقم (3) لسنة 1446هـ (2025م)
This Law is designed to attract and regulate domestic and foreign investments by offering tax and customs exemptions, land incentives. It guarantees such as protection against expropriation and the right to repatriate profits. It applies to all economic sectors, including industry, agriculture, tourism, and energy, and outlines procedures for licensing, investor rights, dispute resolution (including arbitration), and compliance obligations. The law is composed of 101 articles organized into 6 parts and 15 chapters, covering incentives, guarantees, investor obligations, investment procedures, and legal protections.
