Abstract/Citation
These regulations amend regulation 1.03 and subregulation 2.13(1) of the Fair Work Regulations 2009. They also add "Division 5—Fixed term contracts", at the end of Part 2-9 of Chapter 2, which includes regulations 2.14 (Limitations on fixed term contracts—high income threshold exception) and 2.15 (Contracts to which limitations on fixed term contracts do not apply).
