قرار رقم 33232 لسنة 2025 بشأن اعتماد لائحة فحوصات اللياقة المهنية والأمراض غير المعدية
Abstract/Citation
The Regulation on Occupational Fitness Examinations and Non‑Communicable Diseases requires that all workers undergo pre‑employment, periodic, and special-case medical examinations to assess their physical and mental fitness for work. It mandates screening for non-communicable diseases and other health conditions that may affect job performance or workplace safety. Employers are responsible for maintaining confidential medical records and ensuring that only workers who meet the required fitness standards are employed in positions with health or safety risks. The regulation applies to all sectors, including public, private, and non-profit, and aims to enhance occupational health, prevent work-related illnesses, and improve overall workplace safety.
