قانون رقم 2 لسنة 2025 م بشأن المعاملة المالية لموظفي وزارة العدل وموظفي الهيئات القضائية
This law aims to regulate and improve the financial treatment of employees of the Ministry of Justice and the judicial bodies by subjecting them to a special financial system independent from the General Salary Law No. (18) of 2023. The law establishes a special schedule of salaries, allowances, and annual increments attached thereto, in line with the nature and requirements of judicial work. It also provides that its provisions shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and that any provisions contrary thereto shall be repealed, thereby ensuring the unification and regulation of the financial rights of this category of employees.
