This Decision regulates certain provisions concerning the salaries of retired military personnel. Specifically, it stipulates that the share to be paid by the Public Treasury from the total salaries of beneficiaries under Law No. 43 of 1974 shall be set at a rate ranging from 7.5% (seven and a half percent) to 15.5% (fifteen and a half percent) of the total salaries of the beneficiaries. This measure aims to ensure fair financial treatment of military retirees and maintain consistency and sustainability in pension and salary allocations.
