This Decision establishes specific provisions regarding the salaries and pensions of retired military personnel. It stipulates that the monthly pensions of military retirees shall be recalculated to reflect the increases arising from Cabinet Decision No. 44 of 2013, which sets the salary and allowance schedule for members of the Libyan Army. The recalculation is effective as of 1 December 2025. This decision aims to ensure fair financial treatment of retired military personnel and maintain consistency with the compensation framework for active service members.
