قرار رقم ١٥٧ لسنة ٢٠٢٥ بتعديل بعض أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون الأحوال المدنية
-Extends the validity period of national ID cards for Omani citizens to 10 years.

-Extends the validity of residence cards for expatriates to up to 10 years, depending on category and approval of the Director General.

-Sets updated fees: OMR 5 per year for residence cards, OMR 20 for replacement cards, and maintains OMR 10 for national ID issuance.

-Requires renewal within 30 days after expiry.

-Repeals prior contradictory provisions.

-Simplifies and modernizes civil documentation procedures.
