This Decision issues the executive regulation governing the employment of domestic workers and persons in similar categories. It defines employment conditions, rights and obligations of employers and workers, working hours, rest periods, wages, occupational safety, recruitment procedures, inspection mechanisms, and penalties, with the aim of enhancing worker protection and ensuring compliance with national labor standards.
