Second Region

Sont admis au bénéfice de l'amnistie les nationaux condamnés, poursuivis ou susceptibles de l'être pour avoir participé antérieurement au 23 février 1989, à une action ou à un mouvement subversif ou dans un but d'opposition à l'autorité de l'Etat. Comporte également des dispositions relatives au contentieux et aux effets de l'amnistie.
