Abstract/Citation
Reduces the amount of statutory sick pay which employers are entitled to recover; repeals section 9(1A) of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982; and for purposes connected therewith. Amendments are also made to the Social Security Act 1975 and to the Social Security Act 1989.
