Amends the Act of 26 April 1985 on provisions in labour law for the promotion of employment (BGBl. I, p. 710), the Employment Promotion Act of 26 June 1969 (LS 1969-Ger.F.R.1, 1972-Ger.F.R.1, 1974-Ger.F.R.1, see also ISN= 21620), the Act on the Hiring Out of Employees (consolidated text published 15 June 1985, BGBl, I. I, p. 1068), the Severely Handicapped Persons Act LS 1986-Ger.F.R.1 and various social security legislation.
