Amends Principal Regulation under sections 29, 30 and 31 of the Social Security Act 1972 by excluding public service employees as insured persons, by changing the daily rate of sickness benefit, and by revoking the Social Security (Benefit) (Sickness) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 (1990 No.3).
