Abstract/Citation
The Regulations permit other Acts, State Acts and Territorial laws, as well as regulations made thereunder, to continue in force. They could, in the absence of these Regulations, have ceased to have effect two years after the commencement of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (pursuant to its s. 40(2).
