Second Region

This Ordinance amends the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) in respect of termination of contracts without notice by the employee, the right to severance payments, dismissal by the employer, set-offs of severance payments against gratuity or retirement scheme payment, and gratuity or retirement scheme payment on death of employee.
