Second Region

These Regulations made pursuant to the Employment Ordinance provide that every person carrying on a business trade or profession in Gibraltar shall furnish to the Employment and Training Board in respect of any worker engaged in that business trade or profession information about contractual terms of the engagement prescribed under the Regulations.
