English translation published in Official Gazette of the Republic of Iraq, No. 1, 7 Jan. 1987, p. 5-7. Sets forth the contents of seafarers' identity documents, as well as the conditions for granting and withdrawing them. Entry into force on a date to be set by the Minister of the Interior, whereupon the Law of Maritime Passport (No. 122 of 1977) shall be considered repealed.
