Second Region

These Regulations make provisions in respect of, inter alia, wages and grading, hours of work, short time, payment of overtime, payment of wages, incentive scheme, learners, casual employees, vacation leave, industrial holidays, benefits during sickness, protective clothing and gratuities on termination of employment. Made under section 77 of the Labour Relations Act 1985.
